I had been in Paris for a few months and was going to spend 2 weeks in Chile over Christmas with my mum and family. Soooooooo...... I really wanted to do more shoots. Before I left I was crazy busy sourcing photographers in Chile but didnt have much luck until I came across Simon Pais. After a few emails we met up in Santiago and I pitched a few of my concepts which I had prepared based on the clothes I already had sent to me. We decided on the dramatic black/white/silver palette shoot very End of Days in the setting of the Chilean Andes. Through his network we linked up with a Canadian art direction crew for Zink Magazine, they tweeked the story to give it a more black swan vibe and we were off, it came together in under a week. I havent seen the final shots and not sure if I will since its been almost a year (I do admit I havent followed this up though) but this had such promise despite the mad time rush. Final word - how AMAZING is this back drop?
